Constantin Brâncoveanu Awards Gala 2021 was hosted by the TV journalist Teodora Tompea and broadcast on October 23rd at Digi 24 TV. The novelty elements compared with the previous years were related to the impressive production from the Digi24 studio, where the event took place. State-of-the-art technology (lights, screens, video projection, etc.) which allowed the awarding in a similar format as the TV productions was used, so the TV audience can feel more connected to the event and to the laureates, even if they were not present in the room.

The musical programme at the Gala was performed by the New Hope Ensemble, an exceptional classical music trio, made of Octavian Lup – cello, Adrian Vasile – viola and Radu Dunca – violin.

Launched in 2014, Constantin Brâncoveanu Awards Gala has honoured over 70 contemporary personalities so far, among which writes, actors, architects, historians, doctors, scientits and clercs who, through their work and accomplishments have significantly influenced the evolution of the Romanian society.
